Terms of Service
Last updated: April 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LoopSignal, operated by LoopSignal ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
LoopSignal provides software tools for collecting user feedback, managing product roadmaps, and integrating with GitHub. Features vary by subscription plan.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@loopsignal.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LoopSignal to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Submit or distribute spam, malware, or abusive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the service in ways not permitted by these Terms
- Use the service to harm, harass, or defraud other users or third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without prior notice.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, the account becomes read-only until a paid plan is selected.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to LoopSignal, including feedback posts, project settings, and team data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
You are responsible for the content submitted to your public feedback boards by your end users. Do not collect content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
LoopSignal, its logo, and all related software are the intellectual property of LoopSignal. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our branding or software outside of normal use of the service.
8. Uptime and Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, maintenance, or events outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopSignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where LoopSignal operates.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
