LoopSignal ("we", "our", or "us") operates loopsignal.dev. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Account data: When you sign up, we collect your email address and a hashed password.

Feedback submissions: When an end user submits feedback on a public board, we collect the submission text and optionally their email address. We also collect the submitter's IP address for spam detection purposes only.

Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as pages visited and actions taken within the dashboard to improve the product.

Billing data: Payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store credit card numbers. We store your subscription plan and status.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the LoopSignal service
• To send email notifications you have opted into (status updates on feedback posts)
• To detect and prevent spam and abuse
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with the third-party services required to operate LoopSignal:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• Cloudflare — infrastructure and edge delivery
• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• GitHub — optional integration for issue syncing (only when you connect your account)

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Feedback submissions on public boards may remain visible to the project owner after the submitter's data is removed.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Unsubscribe from notification emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based database access controls.

8. Changes to This Policy
